Do be aware that dates get booked up very quickly for this popular experience.Weather: High winds and heavy rain can make orbing unsafe and any cancellations are made for your safety. You must check before setting off to ensure go ahead on the day (we recommend using Orb360 website or calling 0844 4148 360).Duration: Your experience will last up to 15 minutes, with a minute or two actually spent in the ball rolling, but you are welcome to spend the rest of the day on site.Numbers On Day: The two of you will share an orb, but there will be other participants onsite on the day.Spectators: Family, friends and even pets (controlled and on a lead) are welcome to join you on the day. You could even bring your own picnic, although there are catering facilities onsite.Dress Code: Please dress for the outdoors and bear in mind weather conditions on the day. Wear long sleeves to prevent the harness rubbing your shoulders and gloves to improve your grip. You and a friend will hop into a giant inflatable hamster ball, otherwise known as an orb. You will first be securely harnessed by your hands and feet, before you roll down a hill. Since this giant ball can reach speeds of up to 30 mph as it flies down the UK's longest orb run, truly be head over heels! Turn over and over with your heart in your mouth as you descend. But don't worry, trained safety professionals are on hand to catch you. Afterwards, feel free to relax in the surroundings with friends, family and other orb participants for the day, watching others roll. For extra entertainment, weather permitting the organisers even lay on music and a chargeable barbecue - enjoy!

After the astonishing burst of speed, the specially designed Skyscreamer cage you're secured in will roll forwards and backwards through 360 degrees. Safely back on the ground you've just time to catch your breath before it's time to flyon the Skycoaster. You're all winched up and then dropped from a height of 120 feet, enjoying a massive 15 feet of freefall before tension kicks in and you're swept just six feet above the ground at 80 mph! As memento, you'll receive DVDs of both rides.

Then you'll try out some basic moves and find out whether you're a 'regular foot' or 'goofy foot' - that is, whether your leading leg is your left or your right. You'll get to grips with the right stance for balance, and then move on to gaining control of the toe edge and heel edge of the board and going down the slope zigzagging from left to right and back again - the 'falling leaf' manoeuvre. The wind tunnel is a 120 mph wall of air, easily strong enough to support your weight, so that you can experience freefall without the need to jump out of a plane. You'll start off with a safety briefing from your instructor before being kitted out with your specialist flight suit. Then step into the wind tunnel with your instructor, where you'll be lifted into the air for two incredible 60 second sessions of body flying. As a comparison, during a skydive from 10,000 feet, you would experience around 30 seconds of freefall. If you're lucky, your instructor will jump on the flow and show you some astonishing freefall acrobatics. Your flying session will end with a debrief and you'll also get a DVD of your flight to take home.

Begin with a briefing from the friendly DF marshalling staff, prior to selecting the game zone of your choice. There are six zones in all and you can play as many or as few as you like. Weather: This is an all-weather experience and all activities take place outdoors - if it's raining you're going to get wet!Duration: Your experience will last for around six hours.Numbers On Day: There will be up to 40 people taking part, split into groups of six for the activities.Spectators: Spectators are welcome. They can join you for lunch for around £10 per person, payable on the day. Dress Code: Dress for the weather and wrap up well in winter - all activities take place outdoors. Wear flat shoes - walking boots or trainers are ideal. Safety helmets and eye protection will be provided. Changing facilities are available.Guidelines: You'll be required to sign a disclaimer before taking part. A buffet lunch (including a veggie option), tea and coffee will be provided. Experience the glamorous world of international espionage by indulging the fantasy with this great day playing at secret agents. After a full briefing learn some of the skills employed by secret agents all over the world, head to the firing ranges and learn how to shoot automatic pistols and sniper rifles. Then move onto axe throwing (for goodness' sake don't try this at home), unarmed combat and covert surveillance, using cameras and bugs. Then try evasive driving - including J turns, handbrake turns and anti-ambush drills. Finish off at the 'drive in' pistol range, firing at targets from a moving vehicle, before screeching to a halt, jumping out of the car for more shooting and then speeding off. Throughout the day you'll be supervised by instructors who have first-hand experience of carrying out surveillance operations. Please be aware that no live ammunition or weapons are used in any of the activities, in order to fully comply with current legislation.
