It is produced using a combination of spirit made in both pot and continuous stills, from the finest sugar cane grown along the banks of the River Demerara. It is matured for 1.5 to 3 years in oak before being blended. The sugar cane produced by this enormous life-giving river makes the sweetest sugar cane in the Caribbean. At 57% ABV, It's one of the highest ABV dark rum on the market - yet appreciated for its smooth, mellow taste.
