Its easily controllable via mouse and it now uses SATA HDDs. The DVR boasts some of the worlds best features within its casing such as PTZ control triplex operation 32kb image capturing for superb video quality and 4 channels of audio recording. With 200fps frames per second to distribute across 4 cameras this gives up-to twice real-time recording at 50fps per channel for smooth motion playback. The DVR accepts two hard drives internally and features a DVD writer built-in for a whopping 4.7GB of backup for use as evidence. User controls on the front panel and IR remote allow the user to do all the usual functions as well as zoom freeze sequence PIP and more. With the new Dual Codec series the playback software for viewing backed-up events is now placed onto the DVD by the DVR at the time of DVD backup.

The Neff T44T43N0 is an attractive 4-zone bevelled-edged ceramic hob with a unique Flex Induction zone and “Point & Twist” magnetic central control. Flex Induction gives greater flexibility by using an enlarged single zone on either side that heats pans of any size that are positioned anywhere within it. This elongated induction zone, which creates a total cooking area on one side of the hob of 380cm², provides consistent heat across the whole of this surface. Or why not add the two individual zones together to great one large flexible induction zone of 760cm²? And let’s not forget the T44T43N0’s removable magnetic central control dial. All you do is place the metallic dial in the centre of the control area. You then tip it towards the zone you want to activate (‘point’). Once the zone is activated, ‘twist’ to select the power level you want. Point & Twist keeps your hob neat and uncluttered; because it’s centrally controlled, it’s simple to use, and the dial is ergonomically designed to make the ‘twist’ motion effortless. For safety reasons, you can’t activate the hob without the dial, however for added peace of mind you can still activate the hob manually if you need to.
