The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 3 of which are situated on the ground floor 1 four-poster double with en-suite with shower over bath and WC, 1 small twin and 1 further double with en-suite shower and WC (this room also has french doors that lead to an enclosed patio area). On the first floor 1 double and 1 twin bedroom both with sea views. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Shower room with WC on the first floor. Lounge: also situated on the first floor, galleried area with views over the land to the bay at Portreath. Having TV, DVD and a feature balcony area with seating that is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped, situated on the ground floor with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: 2 patio areas, 1 of which is enclosed. BBQ available upon request. Lounge has external access via stone steps with railings. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
