The ancient Egyptian bathing ritual begins as you apply specially formulated clay to your body, before entering the decorated rasul chamber. To ensure a prompt start, please arrive a few minutes in advance of your booked start time and allow yourself time at the centre afterwards to shower and change.Numbers On Day: There is a student to tutor ratio of 8:1 and you will be in your own kayak.Spectators: Spectators are welcome and can hire boats in the main season to go out on the river. Safety remains their own responsibility at all times. Cover and toilet facilities are available and a restaurant is located in the park overlooking the river.Dress Code: You need swimwear, towel, pair of old trainers, tracksuit and long-sleeved top (they will get wet). Safely back on the ground you've just time to catch your breath before it's time to flyon the Skycoaster. You're all winched up and then dropped from a height of 120 feet, enjoying a massive 15 feet of freefall before tension kicks in and you're swept just six feet above the ground at 80 mph!
