On the second look you discover the extraordinary technology: a special GRAEF titanium coated blade, a central operating unit for a smooth thickness adjustment and an easy-moving carriage with a stainless steel surface. In short words: a good-looking and really sturdy universal slicing machines without any edges. The carriage has a stainless steel surface and offers a slicing length of 22 cm, so that large-sized goods can be handled easily. The safety-interlock of the blade allows an easy and quick blade detach. All-in-one: thickness adjustment with continuous or push-button operation as well as stop-plate interlock and switch closure.
