Work from the centre to the outside to stimulate the lymphatic flow. Keep the emulsion wet, DO NOT RUB AND SCRUB.•The length of time required to work Cleansing Cream into the skin for an oily impure condition is 3 - 5 minutes. Remember to keep the emulsion wet.•Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with a cool splash or compress. This causes the arrector pili muscle at the base of the hair follicle to contract, loosening any impurities that has accumulated deep in the pore.•Mist face and neck liberally with Clarifying Toner and gently press into the skin, morning and evening after cleansing.•Apply a small amount morning and evening after cleansing and toning.•The Facial Steam bath can be used once a week to open the pores before a deep cleanse with the Clay Mask.•Fill a bowl with half a litre of boiling water and add two tablespoons of Facial Steam Bath.
