It is very easy and natural to use and has just the right amount of technology and operating features that you really need - no more, no less. Operation is simply child&lsquos play: You use the selection button to choose from 5 temperature stages, leave a short time for warming up and start ironing. The steam button fitted into the handle can be used as required: in short bursts or for longer periods. With the &ldquocontinuous function your hand is positioned on the handle at just the right position to operate the steam button with the index finger. This means that you can control the steam supply precisely, without having to put down the iron to adjust the steam control. The extra large 1.5 litre water tank allows you to go on ironing without stopping to refill &ndash so you can iron up to 2 washing machine loads! The 68 steam outlet ducts distribute the fine steam evenly over the items being ironed. This means that you use less steam, spread over a wider area than with usual steam irons, and achieve super-smooth results. The 2-stage safety cut-out gives you peace of mind because your steam iron, even if you have forgotten about it, will switch off whatever happens. Firstly, you switch the iron off by standing the handle vertically, you do not need to unplug it from the mains. By operating the release buttons on either side of the handle, you switch it on again. However, if you should happen to forget to switch off the iron, the switch in the second safety stage will switch it off after it has not been used for 60 minutes.
