The gap can be filled with a silicon mastic sealant which can be cut through using a stanley knife when the door is in use.Construction Constructed from 1.5mm thick Zintec Steel; the door tray is lined with 12.5mm thick moisture board. The panel door and frame are polyester powder coated in matt white Ral 9010, 20% gloss. The panels are also available in Stainless Steel for use in areas of high humidity (quote using product code and ref SS). Supplied with a standard budget lock. The ceramic wall access panel is designed for use in walls to be finished with ceramic or marble tiles.Description After tiling, the door frame and edges are fully concealed and the gap around the door will match the required grout width. The gap can be filled with a silicon mastic sealant which can be cut through using a stanley knife when the door is in use.Construction Constructed from 1.5mm thick Zintec Steel; the door tray is lined with 12.5mm thick moisture board. The panel door and frame are polyester powder coated in matt white Ral 9010, 20% gloss. The panels are also available in Stainless Steel for use in areas of high humidity (quote using product code and ref SS). Supplied with a standard budget lock. Other lock options are available, please contact our Technical Department for further information. A unique hinge pin detail allows maximum access for maintenance to be carried out, whilst at the same time eliminating any contact between tile edges when opening. This allows the door to be fully removed when required. For access panels greater in size than 900mm x 600mm, a rolling ball system is fitted to the base of the door near to the hinge pin. This panel will accommodate tiles up to a thickness of 10mm.
