The rotors are tilted and not level When the rotors are not spinning it is quite normal for the rotors to rest in a tilted position. This is normal even if they are properly balanced. In stationary flight (hover) the rotors will level out. However if you start to fly forward the lower rotor will usually tilt sideways. This is due to aerodynamic and gyroscopic forces and is necessary to maintain stability.
