This low energy bulb has a translucent housing for all round illumination.This low energy bulb is a perfect replacement for traditional incandescent bulbs. It uses Megaman's unique Ingenium Technology which prolongs lamp life up to 15,000 hours, extends switching cycles up to 600,000 times and delivers a precise preheating time of under 1 second.The Megaman Classic series includes a selection of energy saving bulbs that are a perfect replacement for traditional incandescent light bulbs. With a lifetime of 15,000 hours using these bulbs can save up to 80 percent of energy. There are a wide variety of shapes and sizes to provide a replacement for almost any light fitting. Megaman have worked hard to develop light bulbs that are environmentally friendly and safe. Megaman use Amalgam in all of its lamps, offering a safer, more eco-friendly alternative to liquid mercury.
