All recordings are time and date stamped and images are stored to an SD memory card (supplied) which can be removed at anytime following an incident and viewed on a PC or digital camera. It has a backlit easy to read screen with mobile phone style menu for quick and intuitive setup. A battery backup ensures the clock keeps running and settings are retained in a power failure. Over 10,000 photos can be stored with a 2Gb SD card and when full the oldest recordings get overwritten ensuring you always have the latest images available. The VL1B will also work as a web cam and can be connected to a PC via a USB lead so that recordings can be downloaded without removing the memory card.
