These are broken up into 4 different types of programme; calorie, interval, speed and endurance. This makes it easier to reach your targets as you can really focus on the area you want to focus on, whether that's improving your stamina or burning calories. As well as the 16 preset programmes the Nordic Track T13 treadmill offers you access to the i Fit Live website. i Fit Live becomes your personal trainer as it allows you to create a personalised training programme and encourages you to complete workouts. Your goals are split out into levels so they become more achievable. If you're training to run in an event, i Fit Live will personalise a routine for you so you're ready for race day. Other features of the Nordic Track T13 include a Cool Aire fan to cool you down as you exercise. You can also monitor your heart rate via the included heart rate belt or the hand grips.
