PRO15 (mark 2) Peavey Messenger PA speakers are full range PA speakers with 15" woofer speaker, 1" high frequency compression driver horn speaker and trapezoidal speaker cabinet Peavey Messenger PRO15 speakers are suitable as band PA speakers, disco speakers, school church hall speakers or wherever a PA speaker system is required. The 15" woofer speaker ensures good bass response. 8 ohms speaker impedance allows 2 x PRO15 speakers to be connected together in parallel for a combined impedance of 4 ohms. This allows a four speaker setup with two pairs of speakers per amplifier channel. This ensures the maximum power from most two channel PA power amplifiers which deliver their max output into a single pair of 4 ohms speakers. When a single PRO15 8 ohm speaker is connected to one channel of the power amp then the amp will usually deliver only approx half of its rated power output. If you only need a single pair of 15" PA speakers then choose the Peavey PRO15 4 ohm .
