The golden sandy beaches of Instow and Westward Ho! are only a short drive away, as well as the pretty village of Appledore. There are numerous other attractions to suit all tastes within short driving distance including The Big Sheep, Atlantic Village, The Milky Way, The Oldenburg for trips to Lundy Island, Tapeley Park and the picturesque village of Clovelly. There is also a bike hire just a short walk away, for touring the local area.The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with views over the estuary and 1 twin. A sofa bed is also available (on request but no bedding provided). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: lovely upstairs open-plan area with TV, DVD with Freeview, i Pod docking station and digital radio. Kitchen: with cooker, washer/dryer, fridge and microwave. Outside: regret no garden however there is a small gravelled area (not enclosed) with seating for you to use and enjoy. Amenities: Roadside parking isat the top of a flight of approximately 20 stone steps, along a public footpath which is directly outside the cottage. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Additional information: guests can rent a lockable store for £5 per week direct with caretaker. Location: beaches 2 miles, pub and shops all walking distance.
