There is great stength in it's tubular steel and versatility in it's adjustable design. The barbell rest is height adjustable to three different positions. The back rest is flat/incline adjustable through six positions to help you maximise and bring variety to your workout, by giving you the ability to exercise many different muscle groups by doing more exercises in different positions than on other less versatile machines. There is a pec dec complimenting the bench press facility. And to complete your upper body workout there is a lat pull down bar. The finish is chip resistant, the deep padded seat is covered with durable vinyl. The pec dec arms and leg curl/extension system are extra padded for comfort.
